Ridgid R4512 220V Upgrade
After hauling in a large collection of very large wood crates, I wanted to rip the 4×4 studs down to size. I quickly learned why a lot of people upgrade their Ridgid R4512 Table Saw, or whatever they are using to rip wood. I found I was going to the breaker box more times then I wanted to.
I was so frustrated! I immediately quit what I was doing and drove to get the necessary equipment to upgrade my table saw and wall outlet.
The process was easier than what I thought it would be. There was an easy diagram to follow on the wiring cap of my table saw. And as usual YouTube has a plethora of information on the subject. The upgrade went very smooth, and I have not had to go to the breaker box again to reset it.
